CGMiner arguments used to reduce % of rejects? (skrypt)

Guys, are there any parameters (arguments) I should use with CGMiner to reduce the amount of Rejects?
I had ~0.30% rejects at another LTC pool, but now having ~ 1.8-2% on WeMineLTC. I use pool's stratum of course.
Most rejects are: "Job #### not found"
