Where can I find the details of bonuses for early investors?
The standard bounty for early participation will be 20% for the first 2 days after ICO launch. We also plan a closed pre-ico round. We don't provide any equity or rights for our tokens. So it is purely internal currency of the project. We are specialists in crowdfunding and we are dealing with it as crowdfunding (having consulted previously with lots of legal guys) - selling internal currency, that will allow you to use service and decentralized market place mechanics. We already have agreements with DEX, Tidex, Livecoin and we are on final stage of negotiations with Liqui and YoBit. We aim to add Bittrex and HitBTC. |

In general, 20% of tokens and 20% of funds raised are allocated for active market making on exchanges as SMQ is an exclusive payment method for Simdaq and it is important to maintain liquidity. 30% of funds will be spend to speed up product development and 50% will be spend for marketing and new customers acquisition. |
