are you sure its not mineable solo ? he use bad cmdline for solo mining must use
ccminer.exe -a neoscrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:9322 -u MetalHelmet -p x

but it will mine nothing on solo with nicehash here

2 MNs are online, nothing wrong with this.
1) dev must have a stake
2) MNs are needed to test and troubleshoot
3) MN payments are not enforced yet
