with such low hashrate the pool finds a block within at least 7 hours. You have to try altminer.net but beware of Nicehash... they usually farm with GH/s plenty

altminer has around 1322 GH/s so you should see the shares after 2-5 minutes. Very fast pool. It's in EU but that's not a problem I think. Also they have decent hashrate of INNOVA, VIVO, DESIRE and ONEX even without Nicehash so you can switch coins a bit
