Hello,
I have sold an item today on bitmit and the buyer gave me a positive feedback when I shipped the item and marked it as shipped on bitmit.
I don't know if he doesn't want to release the funds or it is a bug from the escrow system.
I heard the money should have been released automatically when he sends me a positive feedback but for some reason it didn't.
Here is what it says on the site :
✓ Delivery details submitted
✓ Payment received (0.XXXXX Bitcoin received)
✓ Item shipped (2013-06-22, 11:41 pm )
x Item received
x Money released
Escrow: Yes
Someone tell me what is the problem please.
Should I contact bitmit or contact the seller ?
