QTUM deposit lost at bitfinex wallet.

Hello, About 1 month ago I sent about 250 QTUM to my QTUM bitfinex wallet https://qtumexplorer.io/address/QfTxPAX3yd7F5BffvJaK1XX1N9Snhegzhs the transaction is ok but funds is still missing, I wrote many times to support, they answered only twice, something like "please give our admins a couple of days", but problem still not solved. I will be grateful for any advice on how to solve this.

Same Problem, I've sent on October 20 and still waiting for my coins.... 3-5 support tickets with response to wait... almost 2 month waiting...
