Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

PAYDAY: Mark Karpeles, Mt. Gox's former chief executive, stands to benefit financially from the bitcoin exchange's liquidation. He says he doesn't want the money. REUTERS/Toru Hanai.

More than three years after the demise of the Mt. Gox exchange, its customers still haven’t received a crypto cent. Here’s why...

We need to create a movie/documentary about how people get gox'ed then their feelings when they see the price x7 the max it was in the 2011 gox's chart mount!...

It would be a double insult to people who lost their money in Mt.Gox if at the end they would not really get their money back plus the interest that rightly belongs to them. Maybe there is really something wrong here. The paramount concern should be the money of the people and not something else. All technicalities have to be cleared in giving justice to those that really deserve it. Hope that one day this Mt.Gox saga can finally rest with all the parties satisfied with what they got based on the current value of the cryptocurrency the lost.
