津巴布韦军方在电视上发表声明称：津军方完全遵照该国宪法第212章，支持宪法维护国家稳定。津巴布韦发生的是"军事立宪"，而非"军事政变"。"政变"没有发生。津巴布韦执政党非洲民族联盟——爱国阵线通过社交媒体也发布声明，称津巴布韦没有发生政变，而是经历了没有流血的和平“权力交接”。津巴布韦前第一副总统姆南加古瓦将接任该党的主席。英国《镜报》15日报道称，穆加贝已被赶下台，其37年来对津巴布韦的统治宣告结束。

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

没有流血的和平“权力交接”，清朝灭亡时开始也是和平交接的，弄到最后变成军阀混争。

说来说去就是政变，不同的只是形式。
