The scenario described I think it's brought mostly by technology itself, even with current "archaic" payment methods you could still outsource specific jobs from a small office anywhere in the world all on your own. I do believe what bitcoin and the other alts are doing is allowing for more time and cost-efficient payment solutions, which will definitely make the sort of endeavors you described more competitive.

yes I think that's the benefit we can get now, with technological advances, the sophistication of electronic devices and even the existence of digital currencies like bitcoin and other digital currency. I'm happy to be familiar with bitcoin and know how the digital currency works and uses it, and we can also search for online jobs with digital currencies payment. Well yeah you can most definitely set up an office like that anywhere and bitcoin is giving rise to spaces like this but it is a small small group that is doing this I feel like. You wont see a lot of people setting up offices so they

Even before bitcoin arrives, we seen this kind of setup before. However, technology make this things possible. You can even hire someone from the other side of the world as "virtual" assistance and pay them through paypal. I don't get why most of the population of the world doesn't use bitcoin and crypto though even if it brings good effects? Maybe they don't  use it yet because they think that bitcoin is bad and cannot be used to buy in many merchants. It ease payments online just like what you said OP but that is not all. Bitcoin and crypto as well also helps storing money, just like how a bank would function without the need of third party. It also technically replaces credit card, it can be used to buy things online.

It is already happening even before became this popular.
I have friends which are also Moms that do prefer it that way so that they can take care of their kids.
They were paid thru USD and they are not having problems.
So what is the point into paying thru bitcoin if the USD is more efficient and do not fluctuate wildly like bitcoin.

The biggest obstacle is government policy in a country has not legalized the use of Bitcoin.
this is the biggest obstacle, even the use of bitcoin is still considered unlawful. they have not understood that bitcoin is the best invention in the banking economy.

But this is how the whole world and ecommerce is working right now, there are not huge offices anymore, because almost all the bussiness can now be managed through a single computer, or even two, or maybe three if it is a giant bussiness. Everything is electronic, and it will keep evolutionating through the years, there are more e-shops than physical shops, and this is something who is creating a lot of fud in the governments, because they think that it is affecting the national economy too.
And bitcoin is going to help it a lot, this is one of the advantages of it.

All of this can be made using fiat money, for example, many sites still accept credit cards for purchases. That said, cryptocurrency can make it better. For example, it would be a bit more faster to pay outsourced freelancers bitcoins and then just have them convert those to fiat when they need to.

I think bitcoin just expands the opportunities that is created by the internet to help people that is jobless because you can earn money from your home ever since the bitcoin is still in development by Satoshi and for me a fiat money is still a better medium for salary as you get the exact price that you've wok so hard.

But don't get me wrong as bitcoin already helps thousands or even millions of peoples in different ways most likely for their home based job platforms and freelancing services the only problem with this is the volatility and the transactions fees that sometimes you need to make it higher just to confirm it, some transactions takes almost days.

That is not really a contribution of bitcoin in my opinion. That is something that is already possible in a long time, because of the advances in technology, and more and more business are now "digital". Bitcoin however, offers another way of payment for these kind of business, and it decreases even further the need for a middle man. Online business don't need to rely on just Visa, MasterCard or PayPal as ways of payment, and can get much more profitable this way, because they don't need to pay the abusive fees these companies demand.

Well physical interaction is still a major factor deciding the profitability of any 'slight' bigger organization, the payment issue has been already been solved by normal bank transaction and there is no need for cryptocurrency except you ACCEPT cryptocurrency as your payment, only freelance/short term roles could benefit from virtual currency. Still everything depends on what type of value could the person, organization or platform could provide, only then virtual currency associated with them would be at least had a valid reason to be valuable.
