Eth to Exp

I just sent ethers to an expanse address on poloniex.
The eth is gone from my wallet, but not showing up in the latest transactions and its not showing up in the poloniex account.

Are they just vamooshed into the void or can i get them back ?

Can you please help me?

its important bro, open a ticket in freshdesk, and tell your problem, but don't write long things, just make it clear and fresh, and it just include your problem, because they dont give attention on long letters bro. its my experience...
