Arousal is a global exchange with an OTC market that allows users to trade Bitcoin Ethereum and ALTCOINS with Legal Tender. It is an innovation as an exchange to accept the OTC+EXCHANGE model and encourages guarantors to participate in resolving OTC trust issues. Therefore, users with any Legal Tender in the worldwide could get involved in the Cryptocurrency exchange with no restrictions.
Mechanism:

The diagram above demonstrates how the OTC works. Currently, we are investigating the most popular, convenient and least time consuming payment method in each country. If you were guarantor, in what way that you like to receive remittance? It is our honour if you are able to give us advice.

Only one best answer will be adopted for each country and you will be rewarded with 1000ARS if your opinion is accepted. If the answers are similar, the reward will be given to the first candidate with that opinion. However, other serious candidates will also be given 20ARS as reward. There will be an announcement for the adopted suggestion on Nov.28th.

Only reason alot of things got listed early on ED was that it didn't really take anything to start trading there. So now all new projects have to go trough icos again to get listed on an exchange.
