Try to use a transaction accelerator if the transaction is stuck for more than 24 hours. You can use either viabtc or bitmains to broadcast that transaction. Below are the links.

Another accelerator is https://confirmtx.com but for you it wouldn't be free due to its size, would cost you $4 (payments can be made in a few cryptos).  I use it for smaller ones for free with good success.

Go to services section in the forum and there you will find a lot of people providing acceleration services for free. Works even if you have low fee. Just provide your TX ID there. And if you want you can tip them just in case.

At your moment, there are a big amount of transactions. That's why your transaction was stucked at that moment. So it's already being confirmed for now.

There is no such thing as a "non-existent" address... Bitcoin addresses are classified as either "valid" or "invalid".

"Valid" means the checksum passes and that the Base58check encoding is OK. eg: 1BvBMSEYstWetqTFn5Au4m4GFg7xJaNVN2
"Invalid" means that the checksum fails and that the Base58check encoding is incorrect. eg: 1BvBMSEYstWetqTFn5Au4m4GFg7xJaNVNX

The network does not care, nor can it "know", if any given "valid" Bitcoin address actually belongs to anyone or is in "use"... Think about the situation where someone has create an offline paper wallet using dice... how would the Bitcoin network know about the address for this wallet? It can't... so it doesn't care... if the address is valid, any bitcoins sent to the address will be assigned to it... regardless of whether or not anyone actually has the private key for it.

OP, before sending some coins go check the number of unconfirmed transactions here, https://blockchain.info/charts/mempool-count

If it is below 5000, then you can send your coins and pay for a small fee. I use 15 - 20 satoshis per byte, sometimes smaller. But if it is more than 5,000 - 10,000, you should pay more. If you want the best chance to have your transaction in the next block, pay $2 or more depending on how large the mempool is.

Now I have learnt a new thing in addition to the one I have before concerning the sending of transactions as information such as this would save unnecessary cost in either having to wait endlessly for transaction to confirm or having to pay ridiculous high fees for transaction that would have originally can confirm with lesser fees. Thank you for this.

Don't worry so much about the number of transactions... But the fees they pay.

If you look at  https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx

You'll see that the vast majority... Like 99% of them are under 40 sats/byte... This isn't always the case, but is generally true.

If there are 100,000 unconfirmed transactions and the majority are all really low... You'll get a transaction through pretty easily with a fee around 100 sats/byte... However if there are only 5000 transactions but all paying 300 says/byte... You're going to have to pay more than that if you want next block confirmation.
