• What is Kcash?
Kcash is a brand new digital currency wallet that offers users a one-stop shop for storage, exchange and consumer services. Kcash supports BTC, ETH, ETC, ACT and digital currencies based on the Ethereum and Achain smart contract platforms, with subsequent support for more mainstream digital currencies.

Open Kcash and choose Create wallet on the wallet start page. After setting the transaction password, the wallet is created successfully. The user needs to back up the wallet's mnemonic according to the prompts and have the mnemonic to completely control the wallet assets. Kcash does not store the user's wallet Mnemonic, loss of mnemonic that is lost wallet assets, be sure to properly save.
Does Kcash support multiple wallet accounts?
◦Currently not supporting multiple wallet accounts, Kcash currently manages only single wallet digital assets and will support multiple account management in the future.
How to import wallet?
On the Kcash wallet start page, select Import wallet and enter the backup wallet mnemonic. After successful authentication, set the transaction password and the wallet is imported successfully to start managing wallet assets backed up with the mnemonic including BTC, ETH, ETC, ACT and contract tokens based on Ethereum and Achain platforms.
How to back up your wallet?
Route 1: After creating a wallet, follow the prompts to enter the backup session, copy the wallet mnemonic and save it to a safe place;
Way 2: After entering the wallet, go to the backup link and finish the backup by setting up the wallet backup function.
• Can I get back my backup wallet mnemonic if lost?
Kcash does not store the user's wallet mnemonic, the mnemonic is only stored on the user's mobile phone. If the backup mnemonic is lost, you can back it up via the Kcash setup-wallet backup function; if the backup mnemonic is lost and the Kcash Wallet APP is uninstalled, the mnemonic will not be retrieved. Please keep it safe!
• What digital currency does Kcash support?
BTC, ETH, ETC, ACT and tokens issued based on the Ethereum and Achain smart contract platforms are currently supported, and subsequently more mainstream digital currencies will be supported.
Can the digital currency type displayed on the wallet's home page be changed?
Click the Add Asset button at the bottom of the first page of wallet to enter the Add Assets page, you can check the currency type you want to display on the first page, or check the currency you do not want to show on the first page.
Press and hold a certain amount of digital currency, drag and drop, add the asset page to adjust the order, will be in the wallet home page synchronization display.
• Check out the digital currency displayed on the home page of the wallet. Will the corresponding asset be lost?
No. In the Add Assets page, check out some digital currencies except that they are not displayed on the homepage. If there is balance in the corresponding digital currency, the assets will not be lost. After re-checking, the digital currency and its corresponding balance will be displayed on the homepage of the wallet .
• How to transfer / collect money?
On the Kcash Asset List page, select the type of asset you want to trade to start receiving payments:
Choose Transfer, enter the payee's address (can be done by scanning the QR code) and the transfer amount, the transfer is completed after verifying the transaction password;
Choose Receipt. The page displays the QR code. The payer can scan the QR code to complete the transfer, or the payee clicks on the QR code to copy the payment address and sends the payment to the payer.
• Why ETH, ETC and payment address based on Ethereum contract tokens are the same?
Both ETH and ETC are assets branded by Ethereum, in the same address format. For smart contract tokens issued on the Ethereum platform, the ETH address represents an account on the platform that can receive all contracts on the platform Asset Type.
• Why is the pickup address of ACT / SMC / LET the same?
ACT is the token for the Achain Chain, SMC / LET is an intelligent contract tokens issued on the Achain platform, and the ACT address represents an account on the Achain platform that accepts all contract asset types on the platform.
Does Kcash charge? What is the rate?
Kcash does not charge any fees for the digital currency storage and transfer functions provided to users. The transfer fee is paid to the network node that maintains the operation of the digital currency system, also known as the miner's fee. The transfer page shows the reference fee, and the actual transaction fee is subject to actual occurrence, as shown in the transaction details page.
• Why is the fee charged when Ethereum contract tokens is transferred? ETH?
For smart contract tokens issued on the Ethereum platform, contract token transfer consumes computing resources on the Ethereum platform and requires payment of the token ETH from the Ethereum platform as a service fee to the network node that maintains Ethereum.
• Why is the fee charged for SMC / LET transfer to ACT?
SMC / LET is an intelligent contract token issued based on the Achain platform. The contract token transfer consumes the computing resources of the Achain platform. It needs to use the Achain platform token ACT as a handling fee to be paid to Achain's network nodes.
How to change your password? Forgot password how to do?
Set - to change the password, verify the original password, you can set a new password.
Because Kcash does not store the user password, if you forget the password, you can only delete the wallet first, then import the wallet with the backup wallet mnemonic and then reset the password.
If you forget your password and you lose the wallet mnemonic, you lose the wallet assets.
• How to delete wallet?
Delete wallet by setting - delete wallet, validating wallet mnemonic.
Important Note: Kcash does not store the user's wallet mnemonic. Once the wallet is removed, the user can only re-import the wallet and retrieve the asset using the mnemonic they backed up. Please take care of your wallet mnemonic!
