I have found deals like this on localbitcoins as well.  PROBLEM is.....  I am from Mississippi.  Do a google search for Bank of America, Citibank, etc.  you follow me.  No locations here in this country f in state.

Well what major banks are in your home town? Perhaps I can find a seller for you who will allow for you to pay at a bank in your city.
