This screams scam. They jump on every idea that made money in the past. Take a mock up and put on their own logo. Probably took all of an afternoon. This airdrop is also kind of a joke. At least they got a good name. Etherflow - - a constant stream of crap.

I do not know why you say the first airdrop was closed, they made payments from everyone, so we understand the airdrop was closed because it was limited to 2000 applications, in addition to distributing they removed the crowdsale sales, and they are being clear that they want people see and understand the project, I do not see problem in seeing the right of expression but are unfair without proof of team Etherflow, their system can be well functional with certain investments, contrary to scam they are being transparent and so far what I I saw something about donations, for me $ 10 dollars invested in a transparent project is nothing, well I eat 2 burger king with these $ 10 dollars hahaha, plus I see future in it mainly employers who pay their employees by the hour, now the part of the pay visa debit, they said something about researching and tailor payment to their app, they did not say about payments using (ETF) (ETH) or (BTC) ...
You should try to understand more about the project, you may need support to do something different.
Torco for them the project seems to be very good and not very difficult to put into practice.

They paid everyone who participated in the airdrop, and I received mine and did not have to pay anything, they did need to wiggle a little to distribute the airdrop, but they did not need it and made the payments, they made a spreadsheet available at www.etherflow.io airdrop
They do not seem to just want to sell the Tokens (ETFs) but let the project be recognized.
Look at your wallets who participated in the first airdrop all received and if not received look for the moderators at TELEGRAM they can help.
