If PayPal support are honouring password resets with just that information, either your sources are BS or PayPal has a serious security flaw. No company should be allowing resets based on IP addresses.

Yes my paypal is a business verified account. My friend called me last night and asked me if I had a BTC and I said I know a community where I can get one lol. If anyone is interested just let me know. Thanks! (just because my name is 0day, doesn't mean I am trying to scam you)
