Yes, you'll be able to export your private keys from electrum and import them into your Blockchain.info wallet. Before doing this, to play safe from any replay attacks (I know BCH is protected against it, but just incase for the extra paranoid) I would suggest you move your BTC from your current electrum wallet and send / transfer them to another one. Then, use the old private keys from the previous wallet to import into blockchain.info to get your BCH.
Also since you mentioned about electrum not supporting BCH, and also even if you know there's a fork of electrum that supports withdrawing BCH, you should still read
