I have Xapo debit card for a year and a half and I'm very satisfied. Card is accepted everywhere online and offline stores and I never had any issues with it.  I pay bills with it, buy food and clothes, bus tickets.
You can also withdraw cash on ATM but you have to pay the fees which are to my opinion no higher than to withdraw fiat cash with your credit card.

The greatest advantage is that you can easily pay with you Bitcoins not thinking if merchants accept Bitcoin or not for everything that you want. And Xapo is trustworthy provider which is not less important.

I have a couple friends that have used the Xapo debit card for more than a year. Both are/were very happy with the quality of service, and it seems like there haven't been many issues regarding merchant acceptance or banking problems. Haven't used it personally, though. I spend my bitcoins as seldom as possible! Smiley

However, I should point out that Xapo upset a lot of its customers with their support of the Segwit2x fork. There was even a video/Youtube campaign by (former) Xapo card holders who destroyed their Xapo cards in protest. So, if you have strong opinions about Bitcoin forks, you may want to consider that before getting a card from them.

You'd have to get vrified to use it so essentially you are losing out on some anonymity. They do have pretty good rates on their cards so that shouldn't be much of an issue, or at least compared to other card issuers.

Just make sure that the foreign exchange rate is at least acceptable, because it can often be a lot if you're not using it in your card's native currency.

Also make sure you know all the limits etc. before you deposit anything into your card.
