find a PayPal forum if you wanna only deal with PayPal, this is a bitcoin forum and people here only deal with bitcoin when it comes to newbies and only accept pp from reputable members.

There's no such thing as only btc. People deal in the most comfortable way possible. The more options - the better.

But if you want to put yourself into a box of only btc - that's ypur decision.

The BIN 544056 belongs to Belfius bank in Belgium. You can only get a CC as customer of Belfius, so why do you think someone can provide this in bulk?
