I saw a post about a website that publishes fake ICOs. This site: https://shitcoinoffering.com
It makes some sense but unfortunately has nothing much on it.. i guess the owner  stopped updating & gave up.

Could a dedicated person please create a website like that? Would be great if it is run very transparently with checks and balances...maybe something close to Bitcointalk.

Guys, something needs to be done quickly!

I wouldn't mind donating a minimum of $20 monthly to the website and I am sure many will donate too. You can even keep some ads running & charge money for it like Coinmarketcap does.
Have a nice day.

That might influence the growth of new ICO's being built then placed on Bitcointalk. I don't know if it's worth doing.
