I have problems with withdrawal from coinexchange

This is what I see.

In what should have been transaction id I see a single digit function. 2, and now 4.

And I have no idea what it is. Am I losing my .66? I already lost the b2x that comes with it.

What does the status actually say? If it says processing or pending then obviously you need to still wait a bit before you'll receive your funds. I'm guessing that they may be reviewing your withdrawal first or even just temporarily disabling withdrawals for B2X.

Anyhow, these guesses are no better than yours. Contact support which you alreday did and see what's happening.

Try to argue with them to get your B2X too, if you really want it.

I sent this today. The transaction id doesn't show up on transaction explorer. It shows simply 1 digit number 2.

I already ask them for support. It's been a day. The status of the ticket is still pending.

Has anyone ever have this problem with coinexchange? The transaction id is just a single digit number.

coinexchange.io scam not credited my bitcoin in my coinexchange wallet

coinexchange.io looks scam now , i deposited btc in my coinexchange account 14 days ago it got confirmation in first hrs also & showing deposit history of coinexxhange also but problem is that it not credited in my wallet showing 0 there . i contacted customer support but still not got any reply . still my problem not solved. Strange new users getting reply in 24 hrs , why me looks scam if anybody know what a issue please help me it will be appriciated

I am also experiencing the same situation, when I remove the board from coinexchange to buy another transaction, no transaction appears in my blockchain address. Has anyone received Coin yet?

CoinExchange.io - Account locked, no response from support for five days

My Coinexchange.io account was locked with no reason given five days ago now. I opened a ticket with support, but I have heard nothing. I changed my password and did everything I could think of, but nada... Has anyone had this experience before? Any ideas for how it could be solved?

I am posting my screenshot as proof. As you can see something is not right with the transaction id. Even their own system admit this. Anyone have this bizzard transaction id at coinexchange?



It's 1 day. I had good profit from them. It'll be a shame if things go wrong. I hope I got my .66 btc quickly.

Anyways this is just a case of coinexchange having issues in terms of withdrawals and they did well to fix it in time so that nobody was hurt by this incident. Kudos to them for doing the right thing in the right time.

For now they remain a legit exchange that i would personalyl trust still.
