Depending on Model up to 300-315 Sol/s
But mostly the Sweet Spot is 65-69  powerlimit, + 100-200 Core, + 400-600 Memory.
only using about 70w with 250-270 Sol/s

Seriously? 500h/s is level of a good 1070 one. 1060 3GB gets under 300h/s

I ever tested Gigabyte GTX 1060 3Gb, my setting: 82% Power Limit, +130 Core, +100 Mem, hashrate is about 278 sol/s.
