Avatar yes you must wait until full member however signature campaigns and bounties you can complete these as early as a Jr. Member. That is right around the corner not too far off now.

Dont be hurry. You are newbie like me. Just increase your activity first until 120 activity then your rank is full member so you can start wear avatar.
