I guess you'd ideally just want to be yourself and not let any system influence your standards of what you should be.

Alpha.- no, this is not going to change you if you are going through puberty, and it is a really bad idea to supplement testosterone at this age since your natural testosterone is plenty high at this point.  There are a lot of different opinions on the subject but most people say before the age of 25 it is senseless to use testosterone.   You also need to have a reasonable physical fitness base and a good background lifting weights in order to get the most benefits.

White collar work?  Nah.
