Thank you for the question Mousepotato.  Unfortunately spot reducing is a myth.  There is no way to burn fat from one part of your body.  But with a decent diet rich in fruits and vegetables, high in lean protein sources as well as nuts and seeds, and low in processed carbohydrates- you stand a good chance at reducing your weight which means everywhere that excess fat hides.  If you add some modest exercise- recommended is 60 minutes of cardio at least five days per week (or start with as little as 15 minutes per day three days per week if you've been sedentary) and clenbuterol, and you most certainly will lose weight quickly.  It can't be helped.  You will be burning calories faster than you consume them so the fat has to be burned to make up the deficit.

Avoid foods that spike your blood sugar because this can easily and quickly be converted to fat.  This includes white rice, plain white bread, cookies, fruit juice, etc.  Instead eat brown rice, whole wheat bread, and whole fruits.  Fruit juice is just sugar- it has no fiber and the calories are very densely concentrated.  But eat an apple or an orange or banana, and you are getting fiber to fill you up, nutrients that are stored in the fruit's structure, and the satisfaction of chewing.  You can drink 500 calories of fruit juice in no time flat- but try eating 500 calories worth of apples or oranges.  It's hard to do!

Choose chicken breast, tuna, lean beef or pork, and tofu or soy burgers as protein.  Fat-free yogurt and milk are a great choice as well.  Skip the cheese- it has no value.  Nuts are great in moderation, just go easy on the quantity.  Healthy oil like extra virgin olive oil is good for your lipid profile as well as good at helping you feel satisfied.
