I'm looking for someone to develop a (simplified)Betfair-like sports betting exchange site, functioning exclusively with BTC.

Key features:
- automatic generation of new wallets for deposits
- automatic withdrawals
- live update of back/lay odds
- easy to use management system (especially to add/remove markets and adjust fees)
- simple user registration/login with SSL
- offline storage of BTC wallet
- in the first stage, markets will not be managed in-play. Connection to live feeds for in-play market management will be considered at a later stage.
- design shall initially be simple and functional

I'm willing to negotiate a fixed price + % participation in revenues

Can whitelabel for free. But BTC isn't supported, as we use ethereum smart contracts.
