Less than 0.1% of registrations from this website have come from legitimate users. As a result, we have removed the announcement from this website.

Hi there!

We won't be doing any spamming, don't worry.

We are currently not releasing information relating to the identities of the development team in order to ensure the Airdrop is as fair and honest as possible. This is until the first phase airdrop is completed. For this reason, we're unable to make this posting using an account with an older age.

Hello there, bitcointalk!

I'm with https://jdini.com, and I wanted to invite all of you to sign up for our free airdrop.

jdini is a simple yet powerful coin concept. The token has a very small total supply (only 2^16 total tokens) and no promises of magical technological advancements that we all know won't ever happen; only a working currency with battle-tested solutions.

jdini is currently listed on Etherdelta and we have plans to expand to other exchanges in the very near future. https://etherdelta.com/#JDI-ETH

Our first phase airdrop in which 14,417.92 tokens will be given out for free ends on November 31st. This is 40% of the total 55% of jdini that will be given out in airdrops over the course of the next few months.

There is no way to receive additional tokens by advertising or shilling for us. Everyone who signs up for each phase of the airdrop campaign will receive the same number of tokens. If you'd like more, hop on Etherdelta and trade for them on the free market!

Our whitepaper can be found at https://jdini.com/whitepaper.pdf .

We also have a Proof of Stake implementation on the way! This implementation is slated for a January 2018 release on the main Ethereum network.

You can reach the development team via email or Discord. Links can be found at the bottom of the https://jdini.com homepage.

We have no limit* on the number of people allowed to participate in each phase of the airdrop - each set of airdrop coins will be split evenly among the number of registered individuals.

Any purposeful duplicate registrations will be discarded and people attempting to abuse the airdrop will be IP banned from accessing the website.

*EDIT:

We have no limit, within reason. If, somehow, we receive more registrations than we are capable of handling in a reasonable amount of time (and a reasonable amount of ETH gas), then we will have a cutoff.

Hello there!

For the first field, you can either enter your legal first and last name, or you can enter a common online alias (such as your bitcointalk username).

For the second field, you enter a real email address that you're able to access.

For the third field, you enter your ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet address.

2^16 tokens is only 65,536 tokens. That is less than 100,000. Most ERC-20 tokens and cryptocurrencies in general have supplies in the millions. jdini also only has two (2) decimal places!

Hi there,

We're certainly not trying to be secretive about anything besides our developer's identities (at least until the first phase airdrop is completed.)

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at jdi@jdini.com! We'd be happy to help.

Yeah, really small supply ever. Good luck dev with the vague ANN. Please update in soon.

How did you come up of your total supply - 2^16?
Is there a significance of that number to the project?

Hello there TimeTeller,

There is no specific significance in that number. We wanted a small total supply below 100,000 tokens while having only 2 decimal places. We settled at 2^16, which is 65,536 total tokens, due to the computational benefits found in using a power of 2. This allows for slightly less expensive gas costs when transacting with the currency and an overall healthier Ethereum blockchain.

The Proof of Stake implementation is not currently on the main Ethereum network. It is currently slated for a January 2018 release. Currently, the token exists as a basic ERC-20 token. The Proof of Stake implementation is functional, but not guaranteed to hit the main Ethereum network. It will release only if there is sufficient desire from JDI holders.

The total supply currently is 2^16. The total supply if the Proof of Stake implementation is released will be in the neighborhood of 1,000,000.

Very funny! Why do you offer to print real names and emails? Are you Russian hackers?
