Hi all, another newbie here. Figured I'd chime in this thread instead of starting another. So, just to make sure this post is substantial...
I've been following bitcoin for quite a while, I first started mining with an Nvidia 6800 GT or something several years ago, that bad boy was churning through hashes at a blistering pace of... 6 MH/s. Back then the exchange rate was like $7/btc, and most other miners in my pool were vastly outperforming me. I managed to scrape together almost 0.03 btc after several months, and pretty much just gave up at that point. I lost that wallet as well, so those coins are gone forever

Somewhat more recently, I built myself a newer, better system. This time, I went ATI specifically for the mining performance. I only got back into mining several months ago, and obviously it's paid off much better this time, just before the availability of ASICs make my hardware obsolete
However, I've scraped enough together to invest in some ASICMiner passthrough shares, and am currently trying to invest in the KNCMiner Saturns, hence my appearance here.
