Wir brauchen zuerst mal die Möglichkeit, die zentralen eurpäischen Gesetze zum Euro (nur Euro Banknoten sind gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel) mit allen Konsequenzen durchzusetzen. Davon sind wir zumindest in den grösseren EU Ländern (DE, F, I) weit entfernt. Bei den anderen weiss ich es nicht - kann aber sein, dass dort die Gesetze ebenfalls ignoriert werden.
