I'm not really sure if the news they are supposed to release on monday have to do with china allowing ICOs again. Well I hope I will be proven wrong but I don't realy see any movement in the whole china drama yet.
Anyway I will hold my Neo stack tightly no matter which news will come. They really build up a ground solid platform the last months.

NEO is heavily invested by the Chinese community and NEO can beat Ethereum in the future. NEO's technology is excellent and upcoming ICO projects will be running on this platform and the ICO revolution will begin.

There was I think news about the Vhinese government to allow or support the NEO platform thus resulting of the increase of its price and reaching a new all time high. Any good news regarding the coins will always result or most of the time result of the increase of the price of that certain coin.

Looks like all Chinese money will sink into NEO after all. That is good news for cryptocommunity as I think it as success.
It is definitely better than total ban. Btw neo is good coin and I think it will be in top 5 coins list.

I have 2 explaination for this:
1. Neo is in the dip too long time, so price must rise
2. Some news told that China goverment will accpect Neo for ico only (no Eth)

It is definitely better than total ban. Btw neo is good coin and I think it will be in top 5 coins list. It's already in 7th position and very easy to reach no.5, Litecoin and Dash has similar marketcap. If NEO price reaches $60 that would make it no.5 coin with 3.9 billion dollar marketcap. All big altcoins started to move up though, it's not special move by NEO. |

As it strong demand from China right now I though it will happen very soon and touch 100$ by end of this year

I think that Neo can surpass LTC by the end of 2017. If tomorrow Neo announces big news, we can expect another rally, new ATH, and then anything can happen. Crypto world unpredictable  I'm Sure, that 2018 will be big for Neo and for cryptomarket generally. |

NEO value as on 16 the November 2017 was at $29.34 and today it's at $42.15. A big hike has been there in last two days. It's growing again. Unpreditable. When BCH was up, BTC came down to $6.3k. So altcoins growth is unpredictable.

It will break $50 level clearly, this will take some time until the cryptocurrency market reaches an equilibrium. Now, altcoins are not supported by the people since they find bitcoin more attractive. |

NEO is potential coin & real development.Suddenly pumping high but now price are more dumping 40$ per token it's some kind of BCH i think.
So i think when price more high NEO holder should try to sold. Because within few hours price start dumping.

I've loved this coin since I started trading it. I've made a lot solely off of day trading NEO and playing it when it's down against BTC in a bull run.
I keep telling myself to hodl onto some, but the opportunity of fast profit more fits my needs.
A question I'm wondering about: some people who practice technical analysis claim that they're predictions will stand despite news announcements/rumors. One that I follow had showed his charts on NEO and this breakout was predicted just on the chart weeks before these new rumors surfaced.
What is the experience of most people? Would NEO still have pumped without the news based on chart analysis alone?
