success actually has meaning you reach your goal, if your goal is to sell your coin in higher price than price you bought that coin then you get profit, it means you have success to get profit. you need to specify your post.

Do your research.  Learn about projects and find ones that have long term appeal, good developers, active community.  After that, pick an entry point, don't get swayed by emotion.  Once you are in, buy and hodl.  Don't try to swing trade, don't try to diversify profits in lesser known and less viable products, aim to keep the total number of tokens or coins as you started off with, store in a safe place, preferably a hardware wallet, and wait.  Obviously everyone has there preferences and opinions on the matter, but this is one I have used and has been working for me so far.

Best of luck.

Success in this industry is a process. I'd like to draw your attention to a thread I've created where I'm giving a new tip on how to be successful with cryptocurrencies every couple days or so. I have three tips so far. They are meant to be followed in order.

I am qualified to offer these tips because I myself have been successfully involved in the cryptocurrency industry since spring of 20213.

Here is the thread I created.

i think some of the unmentioned fundamentals are security and patience. being aware of that will prevent you unnecessary misfortune in the near future as some learn. and patience is key in order to be rational in the roller coaster that is crypto. take your time to research solid projects, be calm, dont feel inclined to jump on the next best project that is being shilled everywhere. there is plenty of room for crypto to grow, especially now that institutional money is entering the space

IMHO the only way to get a good feel and understanding for trading crypto is through experience, making common mistakes, and learning what works and what doesn't. You can read a hundred guides, but until you're actually doing it yourself and living and breathing the consequences of your decisions, the learning will be difficult.

I would like to understand more about this cryptocurrency

Welcome!

If you want to get the most out of the expert advice that exists among the community on this forum, you need to do a few things:

(1) Do some research first, read the forum, check out Google, take some time to understand the question you're asking

(2) Come to the forum with specific questions, which will help you get more specific answers with deeper thought

People are willing to help out, but a question like "what are the ways to become successful at cryptocurrency?" or "I would like to understand more about cryptocurrency" are way to general for anyone here to want to give you time and guide you through.

There are plenty of articles, blog posts, forum posts, etc. that you can start with. What have you read thus far?

If you search on google then you must be see this post "A cryptocurrency is a digital asset designed to work as a medium of exchange using cryptography to secure the transactions, to control the creation of additional units, and to verify the transfer of assets"
