Hi Guys.

Are there more exchanges like Coinbase that allow me to deposit my crypto (mainly ETH, BTC, LTC, the bigger ones)  there from other wallets and then exchange that crypto into fiat currency and then withdraw it to my bank account? I have done this through Coinbase before, but the fees are quite high.

It's really jumping through a lot of hoops mostly turning paper profits from the exchanges to money in your bank account.

Thanks for any suggestions and advise.

The only one who let you exchange your crypto for fiat is just bitcoin, but they dont allow you to deposit other altcoins that are not bitcoin because most of the buyers does not accept them, the same happens to the sellers, there are not a good quantity of sellers for each altcoin in each part of the world.
the best thing that you can do is just exchange those altcoins to bitcoin using shapeshift, and then use that amount of bitcoin to sell it on localbitcoins.
I have been doing this for a while, and i have never had any problems with this kind of process, it is very good and fast.

the best thing that you can do is just exchange those altcoins to bitcoin using shapeshift,

The real problem is that shapeshift had a lot of issues during the last week, if you are not aware, i suggest you to make a better research before trying to post this exchange in here.
A lot of people started using shapeshift because it was very easy to use it, and in every website that accepts bitcoins, they were accepting altcoins through shapeshift too.
But i dont know why they scammed a lot of people lately, but i still prefer this one instead of bittrex or poloniex.

In Mexico there is a good service in this regard. It's called Bitso and it allows you to exchange your ethers, bitcoins, BitcoinCash and Ripple for cash, which deposits you instantaneously in your bank account, but I do not know if this service is available internationally.

You could try coinfloor. It seems very reliable.
Coinbase is OK but it seems they charge a very high fee. Also they keep some BTC fork to themselves which I really don't like...

My go-to exchange for converting crypto into fiat is Localbitcoins. Why? Because they allow you to convert it without uploading your ID, which means they do not need to verify you, and there is no processing time and no additional fees other than their fee. Also, you get to increase the price by up to 10% so you get an additional bonus and the money gets deposited directly into your bank account. It is the best of both worlds.

I think most of the major exchanges let you do this. Bittrex, Bitfinex (although they are not looking good right about now) and Coinbase and LocalBitcoins and you can even get a BitPay card which will let you spend Bitcoin directly from your debit card which is pretty amazing.

Hi guys,

Thanks so much for the suggestions so far. been looking into Shapeshift, but that is not really what I was looking for (as it only exchanges crypto to other crypto). I was looking for exchanging crypto (other than BTC) into fiat and then withdraw to my bank without the high fees of Coinbase. All of the other stuff I can already do at my preferred exchanges. Thanks again for the suggestions, but for Crypto > Fiat > Bank Account I guess I will be stukc with Coinbase for now  Sad

If I need a withdrawal that very day, i don't always like to exchange into BTC because of the very long confirmation times (now) and sometimes rapid price swings.

Localbitcoins may be your best bet. You'll be dealing individually with a seller and there is an escrow service to ensure you don't lose your money.

I exchange my fiat for crypto trough Kraken, besides the standard BTC, LTC and ETH, kraken also supports EOS, Doge, Ripple, Melon, ETC, Dash, Monero, Augur, Iconomi and some more. But I find the fees to high for just daily trading, so what I do is buying crypto on Kraken or a similar exchange and then depositing it to an exchange like Cryptopia, which accepts all sorts of altcoins. This website only does crypto to crypto exchanges and offers extremely low fees.  If you decide to keep the coins for long term than it's always possible to deposit the coins from Cryptopia to a supported desktop wallet or paper wallet, this way you make sure your coins don't get lost.

Yah NewBet, i would prefer Localbitcoins.com as well. The traders especially are really trustworthy. The trasaction time is very less than 3 to 5 minutes. The quite interesting part you already said above is, they increase the price. Its really    good. I dont know if this feature is served in other sites like Bittrex and Poloniex. I am sure we can only bitcoin in Localbitcoin.com. Not any other altcoins.

.What is Cloverdex platform?.
