I am auctioning 5 of my direct ASICMINER shares @ 3.5 BTC each (fixed price).

No minimum purchase quantity. First come, first served.

Yes, the current prices for PTs at the exchanges might be a bit lower but these are DIRECT shares from friedcat!

Escrow accepted, you pay the fees.

Auction lasts till they are all sold or I decide to cancel it (honouring purchases until then of course).

Payment is required within 12 hours from purchase.

If the purchased shares are paid for before the next dividend payment but for some reason the share transfer has not been completed, I will forward the received dividend to the new owner.

Sorry the price is 3.5btc

Its currently going for approx 3.4 for passthroughs. So 3.5 for direct ( no fees) and potential added benefits on hardware purchases ( eg pay for USB erupters 15 days after shipping) and no middleman is a bargain in my opinion.
