I've been watching populous token ( PPT ) for quite some time and planning to invest now since it looks very promising and its trend is good based on my observation. Plus it has a good marketcap and circulating supply ration that I always look for whenever I choose a new altcoin to invest to, for me its worth the try.

ETH is still my go to alternative currency. Investing in Eth is less risky and has a high probability of profit. There are other altcoins which loo good this year, such as STELLAR, NEO, EOS, RAIDBLOCK and such. what you can do is divide the investment and just transfer allocations if needed.

Bitcoin is the first choice of course, now that the price is low today you might as well find person who is afraid loosing his money by holding he's bitcoin, so they might sell their BTC with the price today, lucky if you found two or more of them, second is invest with different alto coins, whether it's on the top list, middle not at the bottom or not yet known in the perspective of many, since the price today won't determine their price until next month or year,  marketing also can affect the value of altocoins in the market, so if you considered this coins as interesting piece then get amounts to keep it with you then keep an eye of their value in the chart, you may find the best period to sell them and gain a lot of profit.

To my mind, the best altcoins in the market, that can make you rich is ethereum and monero. I have been in the cryptocurrency for a long time already and I've been watching the price of the cryptocurrencies for a long time. I noticed in the altcoins that only Ethereum is altcoin that is ahead as bitcon and also increasing it price like bitcoin, but it makes it really slow unlike monero already double its price during previouse years.

nate i belive that timing is crucial but this is full wide west now.
We have so many ICOs that getting good project is really hard.

There are no altcoins can make us rich surely , but you can consider to invest to potential coins now ( such as XRP, ADA, WAVES, NEO .... ).
Before buy something, you need to figure out as much as posible about altcoin that you are going to invest, i think that you can find a good project to investments.

yes of course altcoin can make us rich altcoin the price is still cheap and they have a very good team development and run a very good project that makes their coin useful, it will be able to trigger a rise altcoin that they develop and we as investors can get very rich from it.

I think its best way to invest in some altcoins that are very promising but with low price, for now Stratis, Ark and Komodo has very low price these alts will have very big price in future.

I gotta say in my opinion, i would go with Deeponion! the majority of my port is onion! I think it is way undervalued right now wasn't long ago it was over $20, and i think it has the potential to go even way higher than that! But you have to be willing to hodl! it wont happen overnight! But it has a great team and also a great community! The project is awesome! But as always you should do your own research before diving into a coin!
