Dev, how can I mine solo using the algo X13?
I have an ASIC and I would love to trust in your project mining start now...
I tried algo=x13 and didn't work

I created a conf - GalaxyCash.conf - as:

Code:
listen=1
server=1
daemon=1
gen=1
rpcuser=xxxxxx
rpcpassword=yyyyy
port=17604
rpcport=14064
rpckeepalive=1
rpcthreads=8
addnode=193.124.0.135

algo=x13

algo=x13 works fine for me.  What problem are you having?  Rejected blocks?

I don't know! I have created the conf before to open the wallet.
For now, I just closed the wallet and restart again and worked fine!
Reject means the wallet is not syncing, that was not my case.

Tks

Is this what to put into conf file....to solo mine with asic? I never solo mined before...but i want to try ^^" (x13 on baikal mini)

Or , a x13 pool would be nice

You need to also specify "rpcallowip=127.0.0.1" (127.0.0.1 is the "local" address of any machine, it means you're allowing the local computer to mine on a client connected to the same computer.  If the miner is on a different computer and/or has a different IP address, you need to allow that ip address).

But yes, we could use some pools once this coin is confirmed stable.  My initial impression is that this is the most stable build so far, but I'm still testing it to make sure I don't fork when solo mining.

EDIT: Still haven't forked yet, under conditions where I usually forked before 1.1.1.5.  This is a very good sign, though it's still early and more people need to confirm.

You know when you point your miner to a stratum address....what would i put in place of a stratum address if i am trying to solo mine?

We need a stress test of the new version, with big mining powers on all algorithms at same time to make sure that everything is fine.

You update wallet to 1.1.1.5?
Old version wallets not compatible with 1.1.1.5, difficulty retargeting correction.

Ok.I can solved this ploblem. I delete all node in GalaxyCash.conf except addnode=193.124.0.135  .
But i lost 3000+ gch . Shocked
You can lose coins only in one case, if you delete wallet.dat.
Coins themselves do not disappear from network. This is not a Hogwarts network.
Your wallet address, from which coins were lost?

before I delete every file (except wallet.dat) i have 4800 gch
now i have 1800 gch.

 I think because my pc add another node?

That sucks, i've definitely lost a few thousand coins over the various versions of this coin.  It was very important to make sure you were on the right chain early on.  If you mined on a forked chain, there's nothing anyone can do to recover your coins.  It looks like the network is working better now, even when the hashpower ramps up with quick blocks, but it's still good to check (a few times a day) that you have the same height as the block explorer.

Why GQ2pLH1kZgW6aGHiniuZS4NzCm7wEYWT4X
Invalid address, no transactions ?

This address is not tied to any transaction, this address empty. All your coins are tied to reserved keys for mining.
To receive reward for one default address, add to config usedefaultkey=1, and send all mined coins to one address.

on github there are binaries for ubuntu 16.04.3, if you build it, check dependecies versions.

Well the builds on the github at least dont crash on launch, but every single block found rejects not matter what setting on x11

then causes the stratum to crash and you have to restart the coin with -reindex.

I can't really be of any help, but I wanna say I appreciate that you're trying.  If you ever get a stable pool going this could have potential.
