P/s: I can check it on chain.so (as like as blockchain) but it still UNCORNFIRM.

chain.so seems just another regular blockchain explorer. They claim to be "the fastest blockchain explorer", whatever that means.

Could you post the transaction ID or the address used in the transaction for that matter? If you can tell me that then I can look up the details. I don't see how it would show up on chain.so but not on the rest of explorers. Maybe it shows because it's sitting on the native chain.so wallet and it's unconfirmed?

I also have this problem. I bought coins from an ICO called OALEND. I sold and made a withdrawl. OALEND sent the transaction using chain.so

It has been 10 days and I still have not received a single confirmation for it. I think this is because the mining fee is too low and they maybe keep sending transactions off unconfirmed ones or something so they can skimp out by paying super cheap fees??? I would be willing to pay someone to help mine this for me. I am at a total loss and don't know what to do. Here is the TXID which only works on chain.so

Accelerate your transaction. That will allow your transaction to get a higher confirmation speed.

We can't accelerate because we are the receivers and they were sent from an ICO platform called OALEND coin. They used chain.so to send them with low miner fees and unconfirmed transactions.

The problem with these Chain.so transactions is that accelerators don't even recognize the transaction. I have couple of these incoming:

https://chain.so/tx/BTC/d5cc26fab97f770feb757d701211fa7c8d76606a317de1e0a19adb99568d34ba
https://chain.so/tx/BTC/b1371e560211944aa121cb4f46dde34773a51f42ca72a2612a1814c8671612bc

When trying to broadcast raw data to other nodes, I just get an error messages for these that transaction is invalid. For example:

Quote
16: bad-txns-vin-empty. Code:-26

Quote
Missing parents for b1371e560211944aa121cb4f46dde34773a51f42ca72a2612a1814c8671612bc while inserting: [a5cde29c0cb70751d943b23a65c8cfa03619d42ee678ca4072b98b0c188c8c9e]

Any insights whats wrong with these transactions?

Alright. I got this figured out.

The problem is Block.io's payment gateway / Chain.so mempool combination.

This is how it goes: Transactions from service provider's wallet are posted "in chain" to Chain.so. That means each payment is parent to next one. That would be fine, but Block.io also uses unconfirmed inputs over and over again in chain. So payments need to be broadcasted to other mempools in order from oldest to newest. There's no exception for that because of this.

Problem is also that those transactions do not get broadcasted, in most cases, anywhere else than Chain.so and mining pools tend to choose most of the transactions they mine from other mempools.

Therefore service providers with tens or hundreds transactions per day SHOULD NOT use Block.io ever as this will surely happen over and over again untill Block.io gets their shit together and stops using unconfirmed funds.

So propably only a few transactions in your transaction's chain are mined daily. That could mean your transactions doesn't appear on blockchain.info at all and therefore doesn't get confirmed in weeks or months depending on how many parent transactions you have unconfirmed for your transaction.

Now, If we want our transaction ever to be confirmed, we'll need to find oldest unconfirmed parent transaction on that chain and start pushing these to blockchain.info.

https://blockchain.info/pushtx

This is done by viewing transaction's raw data and finding parent for our transaction. And parent for that transaction and so on. Let's take this transaction for example:

https://chain.so/api/v2/tx/BTC/bbde5a3a3c95c8adb6171b335111494a3df445b9b933d9ba1374b719c3eceacc

Parent transaction for this would be "received_from: tx_id:" transaction hash. So parent transaction is:

https://chain.so/api/v2/tx/BTC/e6fa16b373a1e343f1a90ec188406dc1d4edbd8f8b79306a25c13f0eb39a8f08

Then when you encounter first confirmed transaction you start going backwards and pushing hex data from each transaction to blockchain.info.

You'll need to push those transaction hex's to blockchain.info EXACTLY from oldest to newest transaction. You can't skip a single one, otherwise push tx fails with an error. For example:

Code:
Missing parents for bbde5a3a3c95c8adb6171b335111494a3df445b9b933d9ba1374b719c3eceacc while inserting: [e6fa16b373a1e343f1a90ec188406dc1d4edbd8f8b79306a25c13f0eb39a8f08]

I know this as I had to go through almost 800 transactions and push all those to blockchain.info to get my transactions confirmed. Keep in mind also, that Blockchain.info allows only 25 unconfirmed transactions at a time per wallet. So if you have pushed 25 transactions, you need to wait confirmations for those before continuing.

I hope this helps.

edit: And yet another reason to stay away from Block.io.

Sometimes it takes more times and gets more than fees. It almost the high price of bitcoin. Bitcoin not stable and it so much value, and it takes more times often. Generally use Electrum, mycelium wallet for best.
