SVITCOIN for my company's internal bonus system HELP PLEASE

Hello Guys,

I'm not sure who's the interested party reading the contents of my brain, but here it is, I need some help.
A lot of help, but right now I need help in particular to do with cloning bitcoin and creating a crypto currency that will allow me to give my employees coins for rewards then give away gifts in exchange for the currency. My employees are freelancers from all over the world and wouldn't it be awesome, if all freelancers used SVC to get paid/trade/sell/buy using paypal and other merchants. At least for my employees, they really want this coin to work. They can work in different parts of the world, and send funds back to their native homes in Latin and South America. My freelancers in its self move a big volume so it would very beneficial for us.

This is the first time I write on this blog. In the past i've posted about different issues, but I understand I'm among the big leagues now.
I would love some direction, I'm eager to learn and help. My number one priority is helping out those around me and even those who are not around me.
Allowing and making it easier for families to help each other instantly and secure.

I know this dream and idea is possible, I just don't have the right team to help me. I'm looking through different freelancer pages for coders (ironic looking for freelancers) but it seems everyone wants to charge an eye for the help, even when you want to include them in your project.

So I am coming to the big leagues to see if anyone here is interested enough in my project to help me get it up and running.  My language interpreting company has been up and running since Oct 2013. We've hired over 200 interpreters and helped a lot of people in the process. We would really appreciate the help.

If you clone Bitcoin it will have no value to give to your employees to give them value it needs people to be villing to give BTC (or other valued crypto) for it. Or people need to exchange it for something of value. Untill then it has no value.

My plan is give away TV's.
I have one exchange that is willing to take my coin in exchange for BTC.
Then the employees would be able to trade SVC for BTC and get the giveaways gifts.. But the coins my employees are using don't cost them anything to begin with, they are  a bonus.
