Normally you can cash out at any time your bitcoin but if you are asking about the right time then i will suggest you to wait more and more till the rate cross 25K$ because the rate is still low and is increasing very quickly but if you need urgent payment then for you the 31 Dec is the right time to cash out your bitcoin.

That would be in some time for me maybe, been foolish back when I sold almost everything now im waiting and hopping to cash out when I see fit for this.
Maybe best option is to wait and sell maybe in year or two.

This is truly right, but for me, it depends to cash out.  Incase of emergency thats the time to have my earnings, but as long as no emergencies i wait for the currency to increase until i reach my desired amount, there i cash out.

That was huge mistake but its ok. But now onward you will not repeat it. If bitcoin is dropping its price doesn't mean it will not recover .It will recover for sure not quickly. It will take some time but it will surely get back to track. You have to be calm and wait for it .As you look at the bitcoin graph its increasing its value. If you dnt need money then dnt cash out it ,keep it .It will surely give you profit.

When it comes to cashing out my bitcoin or whatever coin I had, the first thing that comes to my mind is always how much do I need and how bad do I need it. The thing is whenever we cash out coin and get a lot of money that is beyond our means, it just goes to waste. Why not just cash out what is needed and leave the rest for holding, that way when the price becomes higher you'll still have some.

Being trading is very risky. why you do not think it's a good opportunity when the value price become low, because you can buy bitcoin at low price then you just have to wait to increase the bitcoin's value price so you can sell it at high value.l, so you can earn some bitcoin.

as soon as you think you have earn a lot money from it, you should think that is a good time to cash out, because we all know bitcoin is gonna drop one day in not far future, we can only sell when it reach our target and never be too greedy now, it may make you loose money.

If you were nervous and hesitating to withdraw then don't withdraw your money because bitcoin price is now increasing so that soon you will get a high profit. The better option for now is to hold and it might become more higher compared before. Even though it is in your wallet it will still gain profit.

If l have a lot of bitcoin l will hold it and wait for $50000 dollars l think that's enough for me. But the bitcoiner saver will hold it until price of bitcoin for them is enough. Bitcoin holders have the very big chance to multiply more their money. It's important to monitor their coins so that if they see them.Although bitcoin going Down, nothing to worry because price is easily going up..The right time to cash out is depend on you if you want the price already. For me,  the right time to cash out is when you think that it's okay to cash out when it is high value. Your only enemy in cashing out is yourself,  because if you  cash out early you will be disappointed because it's value is low and if you cash out late you will also be disappointed because the value also is low than the past. For me, the right time to cash out has always been when the price of the coin we want to cash out is really high, thereby making us earn more than the capital we spent from buying it. I think this is the most common and absolute law in coins.

If you get panic when bitcoin price drops then cashout some percentage of your bitcoins after bitcoin reach new all time high. This will save you some money.
