It's so hot compared with another project like quantstamp. The hype is very high and many people can't participate in the ico. that means about the only participated in the oracle just a whale. I will believe the oracle token will have traded above the ico price. Many people will be rushing to buy it on the exchange site. Big pump for sure.

I'll go with the comment above, probably a whale. I heard from a connection of mine who has ties to a team of an ICO project where a few people bought up 80% of the entire ICO.
