Regional bitcoin exchange question

Hello,

In my country you cant buy bitcoin with credit card with our national currency. Since i have good connections with a bank here i can arrange a license to buy/sell bitcoins (its not easy to get the license here).

My question is:

Can i connect and automate buy/sell orders on bitstamp (maybe with corporate account) / kraken through bank payment api + bitstamp/kraken api's?
If so how?
