Strat has a massive potential and it is a coin to watch. I am holding some it. Though it looks as if it is sleeping now but once the team finish the smart contract project then enough time will be devoted to promoting of the coin. Lets us be patient.

I am interested in investing in Stratis but I don't understand the purpose of the tokens. They don't seem to be used like ethereum gas or currency so where is the demand for them? Is their only purpose to secure the masternodes?

Strat token is also needed for upcoming ICO platform, same way you need to participate in ICO through ETH you need STRAT to participate in ICO on STRATIS ICO Platform, so we can expect some serious demand in tokens soon

Those who invest in Stratis must be patient. Companies can create a chain based on their needs on the blockchain using the Stratis Platform, and each company will be able to make a specific arrangement according to itself.

Guys there are only a few topics devoted to STRAT. This project is only 1 year old but as far as I see it has huge potential with its upcoming smart contracts e.t.c.

Strat used to be a sleeping giant. But not now anymore. It is wide asleep but not yet very aggressive right now. But we have seen some straight green days for Strat. Perhaps this will continue until the year 2018. Updates coming from the Strat team are very huge for developments for the Strat project. The Silicon Valley event will see Strat promoting its brilliant project and then the Strat platform will finally be used.

Giant will wake up one day sooner or later, but perhaps not now, at this time is just the currency prices, the price of economy stratis at present is not very high, if the currency rises over, I think the price of economy stratis also should be able to catch up, the value of the coin is embodied in there.
