I think this is a normal measure for soft cap. For the first stage of the project, when only the conception of the idea is formed, this is quite an acceptable amount

Hard cap is important at the end of the ICO project, when the collected investments are counted. Whether Taklimakan Network project collected the necessary amount or failure! I hope this project will achieve the its goal

I can't be sure but I suppose that any member could be an analyst. To get some rating any analyst should make some free reports. Am I right?

I can't be sure but I suppose that any member could be an analyst. To get some rating any analyst should make some free reports. Am I right?
