What about legal issues of your project? Do you have a legal entity? Any plans for registration?
That's funny. Crypto currency and legality ...

In white paper it is indicated that the investors will not see all decisions made by a trader Then how to control the work of a trader?
As I understand all the trades will be published after the trade, when this information will be worthless to use. I meant looking at the strategy that the trader applies to my portfolio, in which I invest. Viewing and monitoring the decisions of the traders As traders make trading decisions, platform will automatically query information about these decisions from the exchange and publish for the investors. Investors will not see all decisions made by the trader, but only decisions related to the portfolios they are invested in. In order to protect trading secret, trader's decisions will only be published after they have executed on the market. Well, I can see the trader's decisions taken in relation to my portfolio. But what about other portfolios? How can I evaluate a trader and trust him? Besides trading decisions, current portfolio performance is published to evaluate a trader's decision, This includes overall portfolio performance starting from the time of user investment, which includes current alpha, beta, and sharpe ratio, as well as historical data for these values (including graphs), investor stake in each portfolio, ..

I have got one question. If minimum cap of investment project is not reached, funds are returned to investors. How much? All or part of the invested amount?

If minimum cap is not reached, funds are returned to investors with no trader commission charged. Platform though may charge some small operations fees to cover gas and management costs.

How much these management costs can cost? I used to see a project where, in case of failure, investor gets back about 30% of the invested amount. To guarantee of return the full amount, you had to buy a special option

Do I understand correctly that you are positioning yourself as a project against ICO SCAM projects?
Not really. Most likely against the scams of trading signal providers, trust management and other investment services. I think Taklimakan Network has one of many of its functions as an anti ico-scam project. Scammers don't go to work on this platform, where the participants monitor their reputation That's true

There should be public smart contract which has some particular algo for not reaching the soft cap. We need to review it before the investment.

So I can't realize how do they can make full return of the funds if part of them has been already spent until the main part of ICO ends?

Yes, I understand that the platform can't guarantee to return all investment funds. But I hope it will be more than 30 percent

Devs, do you have some experience in this kind of projects? Are there projects that you've developed in the past? It would be great if you share them here or at your site/WP.

As far as I understand from the information from the white paper, of course they can.

Here! I found this in white paper: Some trader strategies include simultaneous trading on more than one exchange. In order to trust funds for management under such trading strategy, investor needs to accept management agreement, and transfer funds to multiple exchange wallets according to the agreement.

Totally agree. It would be very silly to limit traders with only one exchange!

Probably at the initial stage of the project development it's too early to talk about it.
