There's a lot to do on infrastructure first (back end stuff). We have some screen mockups, will ask the team to share them.

I have a question about the crowd prediction module. Should it generate only one average answer (like at the Cindicator project) or will it make a graph of the answers distribution?

I prefer simple answer as the front layer (so one average), and details in the second layer (like graph for distribution you mention). Is that going to be useful?

They will need to go through some KYC/verification first, but then yes - anyone.
