I have been looking for a mining pool for this coin for a long time. My question is if I can profitably mine this coin on my laptop with a cpu miner?
What miner do you suggest?

No, on now only ASIC miners for x11 are profitable for mining. These coins are not prefered not for GPU or CPU mining.
