I have a POS + POW coin and she is not giving rewards or creating new POS blocks, does anyone have an idea why? It's been about 3 days.

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Estimates are almost never right and depending on the coin you are staking; the estimate doesn’t auto update. Try exiting and reloading the program and see if the estimate updates. Also, depending on how many coins you have, the stake could take over a week if not longer.
