I have a problem. I bought bitcoin off coinbase and had it sent to my coin.b wallet. It has been 7 days and it still has not arrived. I went onto coin.b and typed in the address I had it sent and it pulled it up. I am trying to retrieve this coin. I think I should be able to broadcast the transaction after I sign it while I'm logged into my coin.b account. I cannot figure out how to put the transaction into hex format so I can broadcast it over the network and have it sent to my ledger hardware wallet.

i have never heard of coin.b so i don't know how it works but when you are using a bitcoin wallet, if it is designed properly you don't even have to worry about these things. it is either an online wallet which will have a simple button which you click and the transaction is sent or it is offline which you export a file with the hex in it and use it on your online machine to broadcast.

if you couldn't find it in your current wallet then just get your private key and use another wallet to sweep the key(s) into your ledger wallet.

I cannot figure out how to put the transaction into hex format so I can broadcast it over the network and have it sent to my ledger hardware wallet.
I usually doing these steps to get hex transaction

1. go to your coinbase, and get your last transaction ( tx id ) which u means by "had it sent to my coin.b wallet"
example your tx id was a810e801ca0c0a1975451c611fe3fbb4f67248ad279fc3c001ff2b74199e5f9e

2. go to blockchain.info , put your tx id there, example as above, it should be
https://blockchain.info/tx/a810e801ca0c0a1975451c611fe3fbb4f67248ad279fc3c001ff2b74199e5f9e

3. modify your link with add this on address bar '?format=hex' so it should be example
https://blockchain.info/tx/a810e801ca0c0a1975451c611fe3fbb4f67248ad279fc3c001ff2b74199e5f9e?format=hex

4. now you get your hex transaction format

Don't worry, i will guide you through the whole process to make your transaction on the network.
Just find your transaction id from blockchain, copy and paste the id before "?format=hex" and your encoded hex is shown on page.
Once you get your hex, go to https://coinb.in/#broadcast and put your hex there, click broadcast and your transaction should now be on network.

so is your problem the coins not arriving yet or sending out to your ledger wallet?
when you're logged to coinb.in wallet, I don't think you need to manually create, sign or broadcast
you just need simply type in the receiving (ledger) address, amount, tx fee, and donation and press send
coinb.in wallet will automatically do all the necessarry stuff, the other tools/tabs are for manual use
Coinbase --> Coinb.in wallet --> Ledger wallet .... this what you're trying to do, correct?

This is the transaction and it still shows the amount of bitcoin untouched in the wallet.
https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/e480a3b8d97848c9226f75f24585422317ad7326a0485775499a5c87cbbcd307/
The address it went to is not my receiving address on my coin.b wallet. When I log into my wallet on coin.b I put in the address it got sent to 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB and it pull up the unspent amount. I sighed verified and tried to broadcast the transaction and send it to my hardware wallet but it says the transaction is already on the network but this is where I am lost.

I still don't quite get the situation, your explanation is a bit confusing
so, 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB is your coinb.in wallet address?
as in your wallet created as shown on this guide https://blog.coinb.in/guide_wallet
or is it just a new address you created from coinb.in menu New > Address
as shown on this https://blog.coinb.in/guide_address

if you use coinb.in wallet feature, you don't need to do what you just did
just follow the official guide https://blog.coinb.in/guide_wallet
1. login to your wallet
2. click Spend
3. fill out destination address, transaction amount, transaction fee, donation amount
I advice you to change donation amount to 0.00 or any value you wish to donate, it is defaulted to 0.003 which is quite high in my opinion
4. click send to show confirmation prompt, check the total amount
5. click send again to confirm and broadcast it (needs to be online)

Here is the problem. When I log into my coinb.in account and look at the receiving address it is different than where coinbase said they sent the BTC. They sent it to 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB but my coinb.in receiving address is 1S3myBLwFEVfz2umBmFU4Wk5X8njjAiqh. When I login to my coinb.in wallet and go to NEW TRANSACTION and type in 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB it shows that all the funds are there and untouched. I am trying to send these funds to my external wallet. I must have made a mistake in the receiving address although I think this is doubtful. I need to be able to access and send these funds to my external hardware wallet at address1H1vcsio14foAURrZZZVYLhiomEV9AhKta. I have my coinb.in private keys and have signed the transaction to broadcast the hex. I would like someone to google hangout with me and try to get these funds back to my account. If it is successful I would pay you in bitcoin. I am not sure why the bitcoin went to this wallet and why I cannot access it. IT was annoying and I just wish it went from coinbase to coinb.in and then to my ledger hardware wallet. drop you email if you think that you can help me out. I you are able to help me out I will send you 100 $ worth of bitcoin to your preferred address. I NEED HELP this money is literally sitting and not being touched. My number is 9409238674

I have my coinb.in private keys and have signed the transaction to broadcast the hex.
NOTE: NEVER give anyone the private key unless you know the consequences of doing that
is this the privkey you see on your wallet now that corresponds to 1S3myBLwFEVfz2umBmFU4Wk5X8njjAiqh?
or privkey that you saved/wrote down when you created the wallet the first time? which may be associated to 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB
if you think that privkey for 1S7dbzwu... then just follow this guide http://blog.coinb.in/guide_transaction
- on step 2) input your privkey instead of address and click load, it will show notice something like:
Retrieved unspent inputs from address 1S7dbzwu5W1GZNJwZCxfUGgcZk28jnyBB
if the shown address is not your suspected address, that means your privkey is NOT for 1S7dbzwu...
noone can help you create transaction using that address if you don't have the correct privkey
if it showed exactly that address, you just need to continue following that guide
then follow http://blog.coinb.in/guide_sign for signing
then follow http://blog.coinb.in/guide_broadcast to broadcast it

Quote
-Different email address and password combination will open different wallets, be careful when entering your details as lost accounts can not be recovered!
if you really really believe you copied the right address 1S7dbzwu... but getting different address now
there is a possibility that you inputted wrong/different login credentials,
even missing 1 letter it would still work/log in fine but give you different wallet
I suggest you to try different combination emailaddress and password, you might mistyped or missed a letter
