Please don't trust any fee estimation that blockchain.info provides as it is too far from accurate. The amount your sending doesn't matter. What matters is the current network condition and the size of your transaction as these decides how much miner fee is sufficient. So If your transaction has too many inputs and/or if the network is busy, your fee will increase.
