Hello, I'm having problems with one buyer in Bitmit.

He bought 10xUSB AsicMiner for a total of 23.50btc. I shipped last week and he received them via UPS at Monday 25/05/2013.
Official package weight is 0,5kg, every USB is about 40grams with his box.
Of course, I included all. I did all by myself, taking extra care (like always).

Now buyer tells me he received just empty boxes, with no ASIC device. Which makes no sense since it should be missing more than 300grams in the package.

I have good rep, always take care of my buyers, plus it should be really stupid on my part trying to scam in bitmit with escrow when I'm doing at the same time a lot of sells without escrow. So I think I should win with no problems.

But even with all this I feel I could improve for the next time, and protect more my back, because this kind of people is so disgusting.

So, sellers what do you do when you sell something via escrow to ensure 100% the buyer can't scam to you?

Thanks!

Hey brother. I think people like this have no place in society and deserve to pay for their theiving actions. What I do with big orders like this, is take a video of you packaging the items (with a time and date stamp on the device) and film you going to the postoffice or ups whatever. And watch the package being delivered and sent with the items in it. With a package that big, I would definalty do that.

I am so sorry for this on you man. I wish there was some way to get revenge on this cowardly loser. Sad

And what would you recommend me if I prepare package at night for shipping in the morning (they come at home to pick it)? taking 12h videos with the envelope just staying in the table?

Before I was thinking that filming was too much, but it is never too much with such douchebags outside.

Any way can I report him even if I win? It would be worth it?
I would hate if that man leaves like nothing happened.

Thanks!

BTW: His nick in Bitmit is "mtab3000". Don't deal him!

Sorry to hear about this - it is a pity that you get people like this that give users of a good site like Bitmit a bad taste in the mouth. You should list all the details of this person and not just the name.

Have you gotten any reply from bitmit support?

I sent 25 btc from my bitmit wallet yesterday and they are not being sent. Messages to support not being answered. Rather frustrating to say the least...

did you get your bitcoin?

Yes, I got them yesterday. Thanks bitmit Smiley
I will be carefull with big orders, I don't want to get stuck like this any other time. I was feeling so angry/stupid fighting for something is mine and not knowing was going to happen.

I don't know if this is a good idea. Is it ok if a give all his private info here?

Yes, they always answer before 24h. They're always really kind with me, even for stupid questions Tongue
You will have your money back, maybe it was just one error or something.
