As others have said, it seems to be only a matter of time, bitcoin is continuing its upward trend and right now it seems that nothing can stop it. 15k is still a while away as first 10k must be reached but I would be surprised if we don't see 15k some time in 2018.

Let's first see when the market reaches the $10,000 level for the first ever time, and when that happens, we'll put the focus on higher levels. At this point there is more than a month left in this year, and in that time basically everything can happen. If CME gets an approval, we'll see this market shoot up past the $10,000 like it's nothing, but when there is no approval, we might see the market take a step back, which would be a healthy market movement in my opinion. It's almost unbelievable how much growth we have gone through this year -- growth magnitudes that usually only happen in the altcoin market when there is a massive pump going on.

I don't want to expect and assume the price of bitcoin at $15,000 if we will not see $10,000 first then $13,000 next. We don't have to rush on speculating though it's not bad to give figures that will make us more encourage to stay in bitcoin. I'm not saying it's impossible but it's better to expect what is believable and has the bigger chance to come. Don't go far yet though we are totally far now from what it used to be.

It is possible that bitcoin price would touch the 15,000$ mark but it will take long. The probability of it being achieved by 2018 is way too low, I'd say that it is achievable after the next block halving which is by 2020-2021, 4 years after the start of this rally that occurred on 2016. No need to worry about bitcoin not reaching it for now. Just wait patiently until bitcoin achieves 15,000$ mark and you will see it by the time it happens.

From $8,200 down to $7,799 real quick. This is a very good and healthy fluctuation of bitcoin's price, I don't know on when it will hit $15,000 but I have a belief that it will be there very soon. And for now we just have to keep on pushing the price to get up. And this is a good entry point for those people that are waiting for a dip, so we have seen an opening so after this will be a rise.

the answer is obviously yes! the $15,000 price will be reached eventually. the real question that you should be asking is "when". that is the hard part which makes it a "speculation". for now we are at $8000 level, and i believe this is because of CME future market and there will be a lot more money coming in leading to more rises in the following month till the end of the year. it is possible to see $9000 and even touch $10,000 but i don't think 10K  can come and stay because it is the biggest milestone in bitcoin history, something like the $1200 which was the first huge ATH in 2013 and was broken this year and we got stuck there for a long time.

I think it's too early to speculate that Bitcoin can touch that Price, well if there is a billion of dollars will flow on Bitcoin then it may increase significantly, but as of now I don't see Bitcoin touching that Mark, But who knows we still have more days before Christmas Season, a lot of opportunities ,CME Bitcoin Futures will also happen sooner,Bitcoin's Price hike may still happen.
